Included in the fees:

Instruments, equipment and space:
An array of instrumentation and equipment is available for use. Suction, Oxygen and power outlets are available in the 3 Megacode rooms. It is the responsibility of the program to arrange for any specialty equipment or models required; our staff can help facilitate this process. Fees for additional equipment will be charged as required.

Audiovisual equipment provided in the small meeting area:
• 72 inch Hi-Def Television connected to and Acer PC

• Seating for 24 participants

• Audience response system available upon request

• 16 digital video cameras and tripods available upon request

Meeting with the Manager:
To tailor arrangements for your planned session

Others:
• Wall-mounted cameras in Megacode rooms 1, 2 and 3.

• Access to the centre for set-up prior to the programed session and for clean-up afterward, depending on centre availability. Note, hourly fee applies to time required for this purpose.

• Luggage storage and shower.

Not included but available:
• Surgical Scrubs.

Not included in the fees:

• Catering arrangements or charges (Hospital Catering Available on site).

• Costs for use of disposable items requested to be ordered through the Skills Centre.

• Fee for additional support staff requested to assist with the program.

Cancellation Policy:

All opportunities will be made to accommodate your event changes however the following cancellation policy will be in place for all booked courses.


• Cancellation of a course more than 45 days prior to the event – no charge

• Cancellation of a course less than 45 days prior to the event – 25% of estimate cost

• Cancellation of a course less than 30 days prior to the event – 50% of estimate cost

• Cancellation of a course less than 14 days prior to the event – 100% of estimate cost
